Refund and return policy
We understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing online, so we are happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit note. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit or refund (if damaged or deemed faulty)
PLEASE NOTE -Shipping cost on all returns are non refundable.
To exchange an item please contact us before you send it so we can ensure we have a size for you. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing your order number and an outline of what you would like to do. A team member will be in touch with you within 24hrs.
An exchange, credit note or refund, for full prices items will only be provided where: - Merchandise is in a saleable condition with all original tags still attached and the item has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way. - Merchandise is different to the item ordered
Please note – Sale items (including promotional sales) , lingerie, swimmer, earrings or lay-buy items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
We will provide you with a replaced item or if this is not possible a credit note or refund will be offered for all items where:
-Merchandise is received in a damaged condition or Merchandise is faulty.
Please note that items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If an item is considered damaged or faulty we will contact the supplier and it will be at their discretion to approve the return.
Z Clothing will then be notified as to whether the item will be repaired or replaced.
Please contact customer support at email@example.com to be approved for a refund for damaged of faulty goods.
